Based in Miami, Stumbauer uses his extensive cryptocurrency, AML, sanctions and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act acumen to further bolster and expand Grant Thornton’s financial crimes capabilities.

Matt Van Buskirk
Matt is a regulatory futurist and an advocate for the development of open-source and interoperable software solutions for the regulatory space. Matt has previously served as the director of compliance at Circle.com, a bank regulator with the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Thrift Supervision, and has worked with the regulatory consulting firm Treliant Risk Advisors.
